When you request a quote, book a cleaning, or pay an invoice, we collect the information needed to serve you: your name, email address, phone number, service address, and details about the cleaning you've asked for (such as property type, rooms, and special requests).
2. How we use your information
We use your contact information to schedule and confirm cleanings, send appointment reminders, send invoices and payment links, send payment receipts, and communicate about your service. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
3. Text messages and mobile information
What we send: We send text message reminders about your scheduled cleanings (typically the day before the visit) and occasional service-related messages such as invoice payment links.
Consent: You opt in by checking the consent box on our text reminder sign-up page or by giving permission when booking. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for support.
Carriers and rates: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your scheduled services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No sharing of mobile information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or messaging consent with anyone for their own marketing.
4. Payments
Card payments are processed by our payment provider over a secure connection. We do not store your full card number on our systems.
5. Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate: our website and database provider, our email and text message delivery provider, and our payment processor. Each receives only what is needed to perform its function. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded — that information is never shared with any third party.
6. Data retention
We keep your information while you are an active customer and for reasonable record periods afterward (for example, for accounting and tax records). You may ask us to correct or delete your information at any time.
