1. About us
Maid For Service provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Colorado Springs, Castle Rock and Parker, Colorado. These terms apply to our website, quote requests, scheduling, invoicing, and payment services.
2. Services and pricing
Every cleaning is custom-priced. We provide a written quote before any work is scheduled, and the price quoted is the price you pay unless the scope of the job changes with your agreement. Invoices are payable online by card, or by other arranged methods.
3. Recurring plans
If you enroll in recurring cleanings, visits are scheduled automatically and billed on a recurring basis per your agreement. You may pause or cancel your plan by contacting us; future scheduled visits are removed when a plan is canceled.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program name: Maid For Service appointment reminders
Program description: We send text message reminders to customers about their scheduled cleaning appointments (typically the day before the visit), along with occasional service-related messages such as invoice payment links.
Message frequency: Messages vary based on your scheduled services — generally no more than one reminder per upcoming cleaning.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opt-out: You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
Help: Reply HELP to any message to receive support information, or contact us using the details below.
How you opt in: Customers opt in by checking the consent box on our text reminder sign-up page, or by giving written permission when booking, which our staff record before any message is sent. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.
No third-party marketing: These messages come only from Maid For Service about your own service. We do not send marketing on behalf of third parties, and no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Payments
Card payments are processed by our payment provider over a secure connection. We do not store your full card number. Tips added through a payment link go to the members of the cleaning crew.
6. Privacy
We use your contact information (name, email, phone, service address) to schedule, remind, invoice, and communicate about your cleanings. We do not sell your information. You may ask us to correct or delete your information at any time.
7. Cancellation
Need to reschedule or cancel a cleaning? Please let us know as soon as you can by replying to a reminder text or contacting us directly.
